We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, allowing you to connect with your breath and center your energy. Using the power of mantra, we’ll invoke clarity and inner wisdom, preparing the mind and spirit for renewal. Then, surrender to the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, each frequency guiding you deeper into relaxation, healing, and alignment.
As the sound waves wash over you, you’ll be invited to plant seeds of intention, harnessing the moon’s energy for transformation. To close, we’ll share a cup of thoughtfully chosen herbal tea, grounding our experience and sealing our intentions with warmth and presence.
